Nuxeo provides a feature-rich open source Hyperscale Digital Asset Platform that helps enterprise organizations unlock the full value of their digital assets to grow revenue, improve performance, and maximize investments.

Founded in 2000, Nuxeo started life as an open source Enterprise Content Management vendor.

In 2009 it developed DAM as a vertical application on the underlying core platform.

Initially offered as a standalone product, DAM was rolled back into the overall platform offering in 2013, and is now an available module offered as part of the platform install.
