Equilibrium develops and sells applications for the automation, transformation, and delivery of high definition video, audio, image and text media.

MediaRich makes the DAM experience within SharePoint more engaging and improves performance.

MediaRich ECM for SharePoint is owned by Automated Media Processing Solutions, Inc., doing business as Equilibrium.

Though Equilibrium was formed in 2004, MediaRich Server can be traced back to the early 1990’s.

Its automated media-processing engine MediaRich has been the OEM component in North Plains Telescope and Extensis Portfolio NetMediaMAX.

Not a freestanding product, but a SharePoint supplement, Equilibrium’s MediaRich enhances SharePoint’s limited DAM functionality.
